1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by ANX Network Pty Ltd, trading as Alchemy Ecominers (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Services

Alchemy Ecominers provides technology consulting, artificial intelligence solutions, data analytics, and related professional services for the mining, minerals, and resource sectors. The scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement shall be defined in a separate Statement of Work or service agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, software, designs, methodologies, and documentation provided by Alchemy Ecominers remain the exclusive property of Alchemy Ecominers or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in our intellectual property except as expressly set forth in a written agreement.

4. Confidentiality

Each party agrees to hold in confidence all Confidential Information received from the other party. This obligation shall survive termination for a period of three (3) years.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alchemy Ecominers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

6. Governing Law

For Australian clients, these Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. For US clients, the laws of the State of Delaware apply.
